Where your order ships from
We do not hold stock in the United States. Orders are picked and packed at our supplier's warehouse in China and delivered by USPS or FedEx. We would rather say that here than have you find out from a tracking page.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT, Monday to Friday, start processing the same day. Import duties are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and DC only, including P.O. Boxes, which always travel by USPS. Full detail in the Shipping Policy.
Returns are free, and we mean free
Denim sizing is not standardized between brands, so some of you will need a second try. That should not cost you anything.

Drop it off
The parcel goes to our returns facility in Kent, Washington. It is a domestic trip, not an international one.
Money back
We issue the refund 5 to 7 business days after the facility receives it. Your bank takes a further 3 to 10.
Change-of-mind returns need the item unworn, with tags on and in its original packaging, and the $7.95 you first paid for shipping is not refunded. If the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one, you get everything back. Full detail in the Refund and Returns Policy.
Questions people ask before ordering
Why is the catalog so small?
Because we would rather list a few fits deeply in color, size and inseam than put up hundreds of styles we cannot keep straight. Every combination in the size selector is one we can ship.
Do you add sales tax at checkout?
No. The price on the product page plus $7.95 shipping, or nothing for shipping once you are at $60, is what gets charged.
Can I get it faster?
Not at the moment. There is one shipping speed, and it takes 11 to 17 business days door to door. We do not offer an express option we cannot actually deliver on.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO address?
No. The 48 contiguous states and DC only. Those addresses will not return a shipping rate at checkout.
